What we bring is a production background that most event DJs don't have. We've worked alongside AV teams, coordinated with venue ops, synced with agency timelines, and handled events where the brief changed the week before. We're not easily rattled and we don't need hand-holding on logistics.

The music and lighting are designed together from the start. That means the room actually transforms through the night instead of staying static from load-in to last call. For galas and milestone events, that matters. For brand activations, it's the whole point.

The Essential Experience

from: $2200

For events where the priority is clean, professional music execution without full production. Available as performance-only for clients with AV already in place.

The Signature Experience

from: $4000

Music and lighting designed together for events where the room needs to reflect the brand and hold energy through the night.

What's included:

  • Everything in Essential Experience

  • Atmosphere lighting design (uplighting, pin spotting, or intelligent dance lighting)

  • Brand-aligned music journey from arrival through finale

  • Premium equipment and booth presentation

  • Coordination with internal teams, agencies, and venue partners

This is the right choice for galas, launch events, and activations where the atmosphere is part of the brief.

If you're a planner or agency, here's what to expect.

We've worked as part of larger production teams and as the sole entertainment vendor. Either way, we show up prepared, communicate clearly, and don't create problems on the day.

We can align lighting colors to brand palettes, incorporate branded moments into the production, coordinate load-in and load-out with venue ops, and work within your run of show. If you have an AV provider already in place, we can integrate with them.

  • Yes, regularly. We're used to working within an existing production structure and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. We know what planners and producers need from a vendor and we make that part easy.

  • Yes. We can match lighting to a brand color palette, design programmed moments tied to your event timeline, and create visual looks that align with your creative brief.

  • Yes. We can provide microphones, sound reinforcement, and audio cues for presentations. If your event has a significant AV component beyond DJ and lighting, let us know in discovery and we'll scope it correctly.

  • Three to six months is typical for corporate events. For multi-day events or large-format activations, earlier is better. We can work on tighter timelines when availability allows.

  • Yes. We work across New England regularly and travel nationally for the right events. Travel fees apply.
