We build the club. You pick the room.

Sound, light, and a DJ who belongs behind the decks at 1am. Built into your room for one night, then gone by morning.

A pop-up nightclub, built into your room

Mirror is a self-contained nightlife environment that travels.

We design the music, the lighting, and the sound as one system, load it into your space, and run it with a two-person crew. The room you have becomes the room you wanted.

Book it as a corporate activation, a milestone celebration, or the after-party that starts when the wedding ends.

Who’s Playing?

Mirror is built around a small roster of DJs who know nightlife and know how to read a private room. You pick the name. The night follows from there.

Founder. Lighting designer and resident DJ.

Home: Boston, Ma

Brian Smith

Twenty-five years across booths, touring, festival stages, and live sound. Brian designs the lighting and plays the set, which means the room and the music are making the same decisions at the same time. Nothing is running on autopilot.

Guest headliner. Open format

Home: new york, ny

Even Steve

Named 2024 Rising Mashup Artist of the Year at the EDMA Awards, and a lead music editor at Club Killers, where his edits go out to DJs in top rooms worldwide. Twelve years in open format, from Nebula and The Palace in New York to Boston nights at Two Saints and Game On. He's also warmed up the studio audience at Saturday Night Live.

DJ Panda

Vinyl. 45s and deep crates

HOME: SOMERVILLE, MA

Decades of collecting across genres, with a particular obsession with 45s. Andrew plays records, and the crate he brings is built for the vibe. A different kind of night, for events that want the craft visible.

What's in the room

Lighting Design

Every Mirror is designed for the room it's going into.

Pixel geometry, controlled movement, tight color palettes, and moments that land because the rest of the night showed restraint.

Programmed to the music, not reacting to it.

Premium Sound

Full-range audio scaled to the space and tuned on site.

Loud where the dance floor is, conversational where it isn't.

DJ Performance

A set built around your crowd, not a template.

Energy mapping from arrival to close.

Empty industrial-style space with high ceilings, exposed metal beams, and black hanging industrial lights. The concrete floor is polished, and there are several small windows along the wall. A person in a yellow shirt is standing near a stack of blue containers on the right side.
  • Corporate and brand activations. Launches, award nights, holiday parties, client celebrations. Use the space you already booked instead of paying for one that already feels like a club.

  • Wedding after-parties. The band plays the wedding. Mirror plays what happens next.

  • Milestone birthdays and celebrations. Thirtieths, fortieths, fiftieths, anniversaries. The ones people actually want to be at.

  • Private and industry events. Rooftops, lofts, museums, offices after hours.

Where Mirror works

People enjoying a lively party or social gathering at a decorated indoor venue, with floral and pink/purple lighting decorations.

Not the right fit for everyone.

  • Mirror is built for a party. A real dance floor, a room with energy in it, and guests who don't sit back down.

  • If what you need is music through dinner and atmosphere in the room, that's a different booking and we'll point you to it.

  • If you want the night to look understated or traditional, Mirror is the wrong call. This is meant to be bold and it's meant to be noticed.

  • Mirror is an all-inclusive production starting at $5,500. There's no stripped-down version. If that's not the right number for your event, MixLux has other options and we'll point you at them.

How booking works

Corporate typically books three to six months out. After-parties and socials, two to four. Shorter windows sometimes work. Ask.

Lead Time

A limited number of Mirror dates each year. Production this size takes real planning and we'd rather do fewer of them well.

Availability

We're Boston-based and we travel, islands included. Distance adds cost, sometimes travel alone and sometimes overnight rooms for the crew. It gets scoped into your quote up front rather than added later.

Travel

Every Mirror is quoted from the room. Venue plans or a site visit, guest count, timeline, and what you want the night to feel like.

Quoting

What it costs

Mirror starts at $5,500 and moves with the artist you book and what the room needs.

That includes full lighting design, premium audio, and the crew to run it.

Tell us the date, the room, and what you want the night to feel like. We'll come back with a real number and a real plan.
